What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy means you can return any order you change your mind on in exchange for a full refund, including if it doesn’t fit or if it isn’t as described. For up to 14 days after the item arrives.
How do I request a refund?-
Once your order arrives, you have 14 days to contact us at customercare@owni.app to request a refund. We will confirm the refund. You can then post it to our address 39 Marsh Green Road West, Unit 32, Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom EX2 8PN. Once the items arrives we will process a full refund for you.
